2 · What data we process, why and on what legal basis

a) Browsing and cookies. The site uses essential technical storage and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregate statistics. You can manage or withdraw consent at any time via the “Manage cookie preferences” button. Legal basis: legitimate interest for technical tools only (Art. 6.1.f); consent for analytics (Art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.

b) Contact and quote-request forms. We process the data you enter (identifying and contact details, company, role, sector, standards of interest, message) to get back to you, provide the requested consultancy, make offers and manage service activation. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b); for data relating to colleagues you indicate, legitimate interest in handling the request (Art. 6.1.f).

c) Promotional communications. Only if you consent, and with opt-out in every message, we may send you updates and event invitations. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.

d) Applications (“Job”). Data and CVs sent for open positions are processed for recruitment. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b); please do not include special categories of data unless necessary. Retention: 12 months from receipt.

3 · Methods and recipients

Form data is collected through Formspree Inc. (form-handling service provider, based in the United States), appointed as data processor, and delivered to our mailboxes. Browsing statistics are processed by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), subject to consent.

The site's forms (contact, quote request, job applications) are submitted directly to the Formspree endpoint, which forwards the content to our mailboxes and keeps a copy in the service dashboard: the website hosts no database and stores no data locally. Submission requires ticking the consent box; fields marked as required are necessary in order to act on your request. We do not use form data for purposes other than those stated, nor for automated profiling.

Data may be processed by authorised Itineris staff and by suppliers appointed as processors (hosting, productivity tools and CRM). No dissemination; disclosures to authorities only in cases provided by law.

4 · Non-EU transfers

Using Formspree entails transferring form data to the United States, safeguarded under Art. 44 ff. GDPR (the provider’s EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification and/or standard contractual clauses, with any supplementary measures). For Google Analytics 4, data is processed by Google Ireland; any intra-group non-EU transfers take place under the safeguards adopted by Google (DPF/SCC).

5 · Retention periods

Contact and quote requests not followed by a contract: 24 months from the last contact. Marketing consents: until withdrawal and in any case 24 months from the last interaction. Data flowing into negotiations or contracts: according to contractual and legal terms. Applications: 12 months. Statistics: as per the durations set for Google Analytics 4.

6 · Nature of provision

Providing data in the forms is optional, but fields marked as mandatory are necessary to act on the request.

7 · Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Art. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@itineris.uno. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
