Integrated management systems: one model to manage quality, safety, environment and gender equality while reducing complexity.
In recent years compliance management has become increasingly complex. Companies must simultaneously meet requirements relating to quality, information security, gender equality, social responsibility and other regulated areas. Each new standard brings procedures, documents and controls, with the risk of creating separate, redundant systems that generate costs and slow down operations.
In this context, our integrated compliance management system was born, which we called Complify: designed to integrate and simplify all management systems into a single logical architecture that is scalable and accessible.
Its goal is to bring rules and certifications together in a coherent model that represents compliance as a whole, reducing complexity and creating real value. Complify lets you integrate any compliance system, from regulatory references such as ISO to the organization’s internal rules — policies, procedures, operating instructions and company practices — creating a single, clear and easily manageable structure.
A centralised document system makes life easier for those who administer compliance, but it doesn’t solve the real problem: documents remain hard to interpret, distant from those who must apply them and difficult to keep up to date. With Complify, integration is above all about people: the system is built around those who work, not around the document archive.
At the heart of Complify is its framework, a conceptual structure that lets you represent and govern compliance in a clear, universal way, across three main levels.
A neutral representation of the organization: people, roles, processes and tools. A solid knowledge base, independent of day-to-day operations.
The level of rules, where procedures, instructions and documents live. Here compliance takes shape as a structured set of processes and responsibilities.
The dimension of evidence and results. KPIs, metrics and records measure the system’s real effectiveness, providing an objective, measurable picture.
All cross-cutting functions fit into this architecture — from non-conformity management to training and regulatory control — in a single, coherent environment. The result is a living system that evolves with the organization and becomes ever more solid as the number of managed standards grows.
Each time a new standard or update is introduced, the system automatically extends its knowledge map. Thanks to next-generation language models (LLMs), information is intelligently classified and connected, avoiding duplication and simplifying reviews.
This means that adding new standards — such as ISO 9001, UNI/PdR 125, PAS 24000 or ISO 27001 — no longer entails a proportional increase in management effort: the platform consolidates knowledge instead of multiplying complexity.
The biggest innovation lies in how knowledge is transferred: each procedure is turned into dynamic content — concise texts, video tutorials, micro-lessons — accessible immediately and in a personalised way. The system checks understanding, tracks reading and notifies only the updates that are truly relevant to each person.
Compliance stops being a set of rules to remember and becomes natural behaviour: from bureaucracy to awareness.
An integrated model, however well structured, is of little use without a concrete tool to make it operational. That is why we developed a proprietary platform that turns the Complify model into concrete features, integrating compliance systems around people and turning rules and procedures into accessible knowledge and natural behaviour.
The tool is available exclusively through our consulting and support services and through partners who have developed services based on our model, ensuring consistency and quality.
Complify suits not only those seeking certification but also those who already have one or more management systems and want to migrate them to a more efficient model. Through a dedicated on-boarding, we analyse the existing documentation structure, rebuild the organization according to the three levels of the framework and optimise procedures and processes, eliminating redundancy.
The work can be carried out by our team or together with the company’s consultants, ensuring continuity and building on the work already done. At the end, each person accesses a personalised awareness path, built around the real needs of their role.
