A European project to overcome gender stereotypes in the workplace through games.
Duration: October 2024 – September 2025

GEG – Gender Equality Game is an Erasmus+ project bringing together Italian and Swedish partners to create an innovative game against gender stereotypes. Through gamification we want to spark reflection and promote workplaces that are more inclusive, fair and open to diversity.
Gender stereotypes still shape opportunities, careers and wellbeing at work today. In small and medium-sized enterprises, awareness becomes a key tool for change: games are a new, engaging and accessible way to break down prejudice and foster equality.
