“Freedom comes fromawareness, theawarenesscomes from knowledge, the knowledge derives (also) frominformation, from study and from reading without prejudice.”
Awareness is something that goes far beyond training, it is not a notion that can be transferred, but rather the act through which something becomes internal and coherent with one's being, making the values that we share and which therefore create become truly authentic.Identity belonging.

Awareness
The introduction and maintenance of values within companies passes through "awareness" paths in which all the people who are part of the organization are involved.
For example, are we sure that everyone in our organization is aware of what we mean when we talk about concepts such as "sustainability", "inclusion" or "diversity"?
And how do we keep these values alive over time, even despite the physiological turnover of our collaborators and the continuous change of the context in which we operate?
To ensure that these values spread at all levels, we help companies to build organizational systems that combinegood practices, "awareness" courses and experiential workshops. All this also using modern technologies and applying the provisions contained in the various compliance rules.
Research
Companies are made up first and foremost of people, who interact with each other and with the context around them, using the resources at their disposal.
For companies to thrive, it is therefore important that "social" sustainability is guaranteed within them, to ensure that every employee feels part of an environment that values and supports their uniqueness.
In this context, it is essential to monitor the evolution of social phenomena that influence organizations.
At Intineris, we do this through constant study of the world around us, participating in research projects in partnership with university professors and international organizational experts.
Our latest research project, called Stereotype Smashers, aims to overcome gender stereotypes in the workplace through play.
