What is it about...
Within theSustainable Development, one of the goals envisaged by Europe is the achievement of gender equality between men and women.
For this reason, gender equality certification has been introduced in Italy, which aims to enhance the measures adopted in companies regarding:

equal growth opportunities;

equal pay for equal tasks;
-
policies for managing gender differences;
-
maternity protection;
-
work-life balance policies.

THE ADVANTAGES OF CETIFICATION
The benefits and reward systems provided for those who certify are:

a contribution relief of 1% of the total amount of contributions owed by the employer, with a maximum limit of 50 thousand euros per year;
-
a reward score for the granting of state aid and/or public funding in general;
-
in tenders for the acquisition of services and supplies, possession of the certification determines a better positioning in the ranking.
